We had a comfortable stay at this hotel and enjoyed their excellent breakfast served by friendly and helpful ladies. the spread included freshly baked bread, croissants and a variety of jams. We also liked the fact that the hotel was just a short walk away from the town center and had easy access to public transport.
Our arrival experience was not pleasant as the staff seemed uninterested and reception was closed. We were disappointed to know that their gourmet restaurant was shut and felt that they could have been more accommodating in suggesting alternative dining options.

The breakfast was amazing, with friendly ladies serving and happy to help. the location was fantastic, with plenty of great dining options in the town centre.
The reception staff on arrival could have been more welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The best aspects included the excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and clean facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The ladies serving the breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My xmas stay was quite enjoyable due to a few key facts that this hotel offered. the breakfast was exceptional with a wide selection of tasty treats that everyone will love. the ladies serving breakfast were very friendly and helped bring a positive atmosphere to the whole meal. The location was close to the centre of town, which was perfect for exploring the city. Finally, being able to spend xmas in such a location was a great experience overall.
There were a few things that could have been improved during my stay. The staff on arrival were quite off-hand and there was no reception service.
